Mamma Mia! The Party is staying at The O2 for another year, with more than 120,000 new tickets released for performances through to 28 November 2027.

Björn Ulvaeus’ theatrical dining experience has been playing in London since August 2019 and has now welcomed more than 800,000 guests across over 1,500 performances. The extension will see the flagship production continue its combination of theatre, dining and ABBA music at its specially created taverna at The O2. Current cast member and The X Factor winner Sam Bailey will continue in the role of Debbie until April 2027.

Rather than a traditional theatre performance, Mamma Mia! The Party places its audience inside Nikos’ family-run taverna on the Greek island of Skopelos. Guests are served a four-course Greek meal as a romantic story unfolds throughout the venue, accompanied by ABBA songs including Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen and Waterloo. Once the theatrical portion of the evening ends, the venue transforms into an ABBA disco, with audiences encouraged to stay and dance.

Since opening in London seven years ago, the production says it has welcomed visitors from 110 countries. Alongside Bailey, the current company includes Oscar Balmaseda as Nikos, AJ Bentley as Adam, Inês Fernandez as Konstantina, Dawn Spence as Grandma and Andy Rose as Host/Fernando.

Marianne Benedict and Kimberly Powell share performances as Kate, while Elena Gibson and Allie Ho Chee appear as Bella at selected performances. Gabriella-Rose Merchant currently plays Nina as maternity cover, with Rebecca Stenhouse appearing as Nina at selected performances. The company also features Kelly Aaron as Sue/Swing, Constantine Andronikou as Robin/Swing, Claudia Bradley as Tia/Swing, Tom Fothergill as Carlos/Swing, Deschenes Graham as Joyce/Swing, Sophie Holdsworth as Loretta/Swing and James Mark McLoughlin as Ruben/Swing.

Mamma Mia! The Party is executive produced by Björn Ulvaeus and Pophouse.  More than 120,000 tickets are now on sale for the newly extended booking period at The O2, taking performances through to 28 November 2027.
